Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AutoTally's accounting and Tally data entry services, operated by TurboSoft Technologies, Kishangarh, Rajasthan, India ("we", "us", or "AutoTally"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

AutoTally provides professional Tally data entry and accounting services including:

  • Purchase and sales invoice entry in Tally Prime/ERP 9
  • Bank reconciliation and ledger matching
  • GST return preparation and filing support
  • Payroll processing and statutory compliance
  • Financial reporting and MIS statements
  • Inventory management entry

The specific scope of services for your account will be agreed upon at the time of onboarding and confirmed in writing via email.

2. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services accurately and on time, you agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and legible source documents (invoices, bank statements, payroll data) within agreed timelines
  • Respond to clarification requests within 48 hours
  • Review and verify all completed work within 7 days of delivery
  • Notify us promptly of any errors or discrepancies found
  • Ensure all documents shared with us are legally obtained and owned by your business

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the plan selected at onboarding (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise) and any agreed add-on services. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Invoices are raised at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may result in service suspension after 14 days
  • Pricing changes will be communicated with 30 days notice

4. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days for regular entry volumes. Express (2-3 business days) and Premium (24-hour) options are available at additional cost. Turnaround times are estimates based on timely receipt of complete documents. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete submissions, client response delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Accuracy and Corrections

We maintain a 99.9% accuracy target across all data entry work. In the event of an error attributable to AutoTally, we will correct it at no additional charge within 24 hours of being notified. Corrections requested more than 30 days after delivery may be treated as new work.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client data as strictly confidential. All team members handling your data are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not share, sell, or disclose your business information to any third party except as required by law.

A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request at no charge and will be executed before work begins if requested.

7. Intellectual Property

All financial data, documents, and reports belong to you. AutoTally retains no ownership over your business data. We may use anonymised, aggregated data for internal quality improvement purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

AutoTally's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the month the issue occurred. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, tax penalties arising from client-provided incorrect data, or decisions made based on our reports without independent verification.

AutoTally provides data entry and bookkeeping services only. We are not a chartered accountancy firm and do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement with 15 days written notice. There are no lock-in contracts. Upon termination, all your data and completed work files will be returned to you within 7 days and deleted from our systems within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kishangarh, Rajasthan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
